Petition Opposing Winding Way Annexation and Development

It is my view that San Carlos should preserve and protect, in their natural state, the open spaces, watersheds, riparian corridors, unique species and scenic viewsheds in and around our community, and I believe our city’s regulations and General Plan support this view. It is also my view that San Carlos should not allow inappropriate development in our hillside areas due to the costs, hazards, environmental impacts and lack of public transit which accompany such development, and again I believe our city’s regulations and General Plan support this view.

With this in mind, I am signing below to express my strong opposition to the proposed Winding Way annexation and development.
